DIVISIONS

TUBE SHAPING

Şafak Makina has the capacity for shaping and bending on steel, brass, aluminum, copper, hycoat coated and bundy tubes of Ø4-Ø65.

Tube Section consists of Cutting, CNC Bending, Welding, Test and assembling Lines.

• CUTTING:

The tubes were cut in saw benches and the trimming process is applied.

• TUBE END SHAPING :
We have a capacity of shaping within a range of Ø4 - Ø65. These processes are carried out with advance technology machines. All casts and apparatus used in production are produced in our firm. All machines are equipped with security switch applications.

Automation Systems

• CNC BENDING:
We have the capacity of bending within a range of Ø4 - Ø65. These processes are carried out with advance technology machines. All molds, supports, pens etc. used in production are produced in our firm. All machines are equipped with area sensor application for security.

Bench park:
6 CNC bending machines for bending operations on various diameters.

• WELDING:
In our welding section, under gas, TIG welding, induction welding, oxygen welding and furnace welding operations are carried out.

For such operation in our bench park:

• TEST:
In our firm, for every welded part, 100% impermeability tests will be made. For example, Impulse pressure test, explosion test, tension test, hot and cold resistant test etc. In accordance with the demands of customers we have sufficient knowledge and experience to make special test machines.

HOT FORGING
During hot shaping we have a capacity of 400 tone press and forging capacity for maximum 2.5 kg.
Parts, after they are cut in length are applied to forged, trimming and sandblasting processes.
Heating process is made with induction machines.

The parts, after the forging process, are presented to the customer.

POWER STEERING HOSE (PAS) PRODUCTION LINE
    Safak Makina has included the hydraulic steering tube and hose assembling production for Ford Transit and Transit connect vehicles with the license agreement in 2003 with Eaton in the hydraulic direction hose assemblies production which has started in 1998.

In the machines and apparatus used in the production of Hydraulic steering hose and tube systems the error prevention and security systems are given priority and the designs and manufacturing are carried out by Safak Makina.

In our firm the high and low pressure hose completes, cooler parts and hose completes production for OEM firms are provided in lines established with simple production principle.

    The control fixtures of the production parts, in accordance with the customer demands and expectations, are designed by the engineering department and manufactured and verified by Safak Makina.

    The accuracy of the parts are controlled with technological measuring systems, engineering and life tests are carried out.

In our firm engineering tests like explosion, expansion, pull-press tests, cold-hot tests and speed tests are carried out.
COATING
Our enterprise is using Cr3, which is in conformity with the ELV European Standards, and automatic purification plant in accordance with the environment, all parts can be analyzed both for thickness and chemical content using X-Ray devices.

We are able to process sensitively all types of material in CNCIM section. In the production processes KPS, SPC, PKRP Card etc. control applications are available. All products up to 1 m measure can be processed in the centers.

FINAL PROCESS
In the final process section, revolver, thread rolling, cutter, drill, grinding, assembling etc. are present. The final processes of the parts produced in main benches are completed in the final process section.
