Hot Forging

In our forging room with 5.000 tons of forging capacity per year, the steel parts in the range of 0,1 – 5 kg are produced in accordance with modern technology.

The cut parts are sent to the forging presses once heated in PLC-controlled, modern induction furnaces. Following the deburring, grinding and sandblasting operations, the operations are completed and the parts become ready for machining.

We are constantly developing projects to reduce the raw material, energy, natural resources that we use as well as the amount of waste, in an attempt to leave a liveable world to future generations
