Training & Development
Training programs are organized on different subjects with a view to encourage personal development, developing the skills and competencies of our employees, creating an environment in which they can share their experiences and raising awareness and synergy. An orientation program is organized for newly recruited employees to achieve their adaptation to the company in a short time in addition to the training and development activities carried out within the scope of Human Resources in an effort to provide professional development. Training activities organized in this respect can be explained in 3 groups:

* Technical Training
Performance Management System
Performance Management System is applied to all our employees in order to consolidate the performance-based working concept and to ensure the development of employees by means of the business objectives and competencies created in line with the vision, mission and strategic goals of Safak Makina. The key objectives of our Performance Management System are:
* Attain the company goals with continuous feedback
* Establish constructive and open relationships between managers and employees
* Create a culture for continuous development within Safak Makina
* Assess our employees based on accurate and objective criteria
Social Activities
As part of the social activities for the employees of the Company, football tournament is organized once a year and a dinner party is held twice a year, where the families of our employees can participate. There are tennis tables, table soccer stations and billiard tables, library and cafeteria sections in order for our workers to enjoy during the breaks.

Medical Services
Our company employs a workplace physician who attends our employees 5 days a week for health problems of our employees and also the new staff to be employed is subjected to a health check for their suitability for the type of the work. In addition, our workplace physician gives training courses to our employees on OHS (Occupational Health and Safety), first aid and personal diet, or he oversees the training courses at the company and takes necessary steps.
The food lists are prepared on a monthly basis and checked for compliance with the hygiene conditions continuously. The Ear, Lung and Eye follow-up control examinations of the employees are carried out regularly once a year. Moreover, the Chemical are inspected for suitability in terms of OHS.
