Pipe and Hose Assemblies

Our company manufactures tube assemblies, hose nozzle assemblies and shaped tubes in tube groups, based on customer requests and requirements, by means of 20 CNC tube bending machines and 15 tube end forming machines available in our plants. In addition, welding operations are carried out by experienced and technical staff in these lines. It has the capability to bend tubes from size Ø4,76×0,7 to size Ø80×4.

High-pressure hose assemblies

We manufacture tubes and hose assemblies with a working pressure from 150 to 500 bars, which are used in hydraulic systems, by means special hydraulic crimping machines. Tightness designs of the fittings used in hose assemblies belong to our company. The verification of these designs is made with special test machines in our company. We manufacture standard fittings and custom-made fittings.

Low-pressure hose assemblies

We manufacture tubes and hose assemblies with a working pressure from 1 to 150 bars, which are used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, by means special hydraulic crimping machines. Tightness designs of the fittings used in hose assemblies belong to our company. The verification of these designs is made with special test machines in our company.
