Machining

Our company serves the machining sector with 33 CNC machining centers and 42 CNC turning machines. It also has the ability to produce the fittings by using various materials and in the properties as desired, which are necessary for the installation of the hoses and pipes, manufactured at its plants. Its experienced and qualified staff is capable of manufacturing standard or non-standard, custom-made parts, in line with the requests of the customers.

Our machining department, which uses state-of-the-art technology CNC machines, is committed to manufacturing top-class parts for our global customers. Setting out with the aim of becoming the Global Innovation Leader in the sector, our department has created an educated and specialised team thinking innovatively, by means of the numerous training courses it has provided to its employees, with the philosophy of “continuous development” and “respect the human” and managed to produce perfect and virtually works of art components thanks to its knowledgeable and experienced employees. In doing so, our company has adopted it as a principle to make use of 5S and similar lean manufacturing techniques, in addition to the Poke-Yoke and Process FMEA systems it utilizes in the process applications in an effort to deliver zero defective products to our business partners.

With the combination of advanced technology and modern hydraulic fixtures as well as high-cutting regimes used in every stage of the production, we monitor the production stages step by step and manufacture top quality components in accordance with the philosophy of “minimum error, maximum-quality”.
