Our latest machine that we integrated into our ever expanding range of products came into operation.

05_HOV232 can shape the tubes up to Ø32 in dia. in addition to rolling up to Ø22 in dia. Besides, face milling can be done at the milling station. Our machine has a total of 7 stations. 1 –thrusting – 4 tube shaping – 1 rolling and 1 milling, which enables a single machine to perform the works that normally require 3 machines. Thus, it saves time, in material transport and handling.
Precise positioning can be done with servo motor and linear equipment.
Beckhoff is used as the system and it offers ease of use, thanks to simple interface.
